Mindsalike - Sponsorship Sales Executive

Mindsalike is currently hiring a Sponsorship Sales Executive to join our team!


Mindsalike is an entrepreneur, investor & CEO networking event which has 1,300 members across three cities.  We host networking events in Cairo, Alexandria & Dubai for some of the most influential business minds at relaxed locations in different cities every month.  To find out more about our events, check out our website, Instagram & Facebook:

Mindsalike has a very lean team.  So we are looking for a strong sales executive who will be responsible for approaching leads and selling sponsorship to the events across the region.  Work will primarily be focused on Egypt initially, but based on work and abilities, may extend to other cities across the region.


Job Duties:

  • Identifying new sales leads and calling potential sponsors to create leads
  • Contacting leads for sponsorship
  • Presenting sponsorship packages to sponsors from different sectors either in person or over Zoom
  • Dealing with contract signing for sponsorship packages
  • Liaising with the Event Manager and Senior Management in ensuring sponsorship requirements meet requirements
  • Updating the CRM with all details about sales leads and opportunities identified, closed, etc.
  • Attending events to look for new sponsorship leads
  • Ability to work based on sales targets


Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Fluent English & ability to work in Arabic is a plus
  • BSc in Marketing, Business or other similar degree
  • Excellent presentation skills and able to handle themselves with clients directly
  • Must be able to work on own initiative with little guidance
  • Must have a car and be willing to drive to client meetings across Cairo
  • Very good with people and understands Mindsalike, and what we do
  • Experience in sales and/or events is a plus
